At Ocoopa, we want you to stay warm and satisfied; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all electronic hand warmers and accessories. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via the Ocoopa website or email with your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2.Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original box with all cables and manuals included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After receiving and inspecting your returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
